One day I will get my splits (Part 4)

I was not perfect this week but I got 5 days out of 7 when it came to yoga practice.  Today I also re-start my magnesium spray routine after taking a break to see how my body reacted.

    Grab some yoga blocks and get the torso line more perpendicular with the floor…. and extend the back leg (straighten the knee) so you make a upside down Y shape. It’s a better stretch and can reduce some of that forward neck posture with the shoulders… If you add some pull with the back leg hamstring you can fight the tight hip flexor which looks like it’s getting tighter as the front hamstring loosens.
