Easy Protein Pudding

This is going to fast become a favourite post-pole treat…

 Special tools required:

  • High powered blender such as a Vitamix


  • Place all the following ingredients in your blender: 2 medium bananas; 1 scoop chocolate Vega Sports protein powder; 2 tbsp. almond meal or butter; 1/4 cup almond milk. Blend until smooth, scoop out in a cup and enjoy. Consistency should be pudding like. Make enough to share with a friend.
